Very interesting info on podcasting. I'm just trying to get comfortable with blogging and now you've given me something to ponder for what should be next. Thanks Suzanne!

Elise, thanks for your comments. Yes, definitely check out your community college's session on podcasting -- and I'd appreciate it if you emailed me your feedback on the session! I think that authors in all genres can find use for podcasting. Glad my blog entry was of help to you.

Lonnie, thanks for your comments. Yes, podcasting is hot on the Internet right now. I know that many police departments are strapped for funds. That a police chief could budget an interview with you via podcast shows you the technology is affordable.

Elise

Interesting interview, Suzanne. The local community college is doing a Saturday group of sessions around Internet technologies - Flash, blogging, etc. I was going to skip the one on podcasting because, as a mystery writer, I didn't think it had much application to what I do. This blog entry has made me change my mind. It sounds like something I should explore.
Thanks!

Great information about podcasting, Suzanne! Thanks for posting it. I was recently interviewed via podcast by police chief/author Ken Lewis. I agree, it's what's hot on the Internet.
